At my core, I’m a gentle guide, a nurturer, and a believer in what’s possible for you. My energy is calm, grounding, and safe - yet uplifting and quietly empowering. People often tell me they feel instantly at ease around me, unafraid to be themselves, while also feeling encouraged, inspired, and excited about life again.

I’m here to walk alongside you, not to “fix” you, but to remind you of your own strength, wisdom, and potential. Whether you’re navigating healing, growth, or dreaming of something more for your life, I hold space with patience, compassion, and genuine care. I believe deeply in helping people reconnect with themselves, rebuild confidence, and move toward their goals with clarity and self-trust.

I offer a range of intuitive, heart-led support including Reiki, card readings, shadow work guidance, and inner child connection. Each session is uniquely led by you and your energy. I intuitively communicate with your energy centres, tuning into what they need to feel supported, balanced, and at ease. This allows the work to unfold naturally, leaving you feeling grounded, energised, clear, and more able to thrive in your everyday life.

My work is rooted in intuition, empathy, and lived experience. I understand what it’s like to move through fear, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm—and I also know what’s possible on the other side. I love uplifting others, gently challenging them when needed, and celebrating their wins, big or small.

Working with me is like having a calm, encouraging presence by your side—someone who sees you, believes in you, and reminds you of what you’re capable of when you start believing in yourself too.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes balance and relaxation. It is based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living things and that this energy can be harnessed to promote healing and well-being. It is administered by an attuned practitioner by gentle touch or hands hovering, allowing energy to transfer from healer to healee through the hands.

Hello! I'm Sarah. I'm a mum of two children - Daisy 9 & Dylan 6.

I've been doing Reiki since 2023 and am so passionate about this healing modality and the benefits it brings to someone's body, mind and soul. I have faced alot of hardships in my life, but it's all been for the reason I do what I do, and where my passion to help others comes from! I truly hope I get to help you on this journey!

Why try energy healing with me?

I offer a safe, calm, comforting, non-judgemental space, where you can unwind and relax for an hour. The room is made darker, with a glowing light, gentle healing music will play and you will feel deeply relaxed by this completely safe, natural, non invasive practice. Reiki can help with pain relief, anxiety & stress and the energy is always intended for your highest and best good.

💫 Reiki Healing Session 💫

1 hour

Beautiful non invasive hands on (or off) Mikao Usui method of Reiki. With this special energy exchange, the aim is always to relax you and have you leave feeling grounded, balanced, calm and positive with a sense of peace and wellbeing.

I use crystals to enhance the experience and to help in balancing your energy centres.

i also connect with your chakras in a very unique way and can find out what they need to remain healthy and balanced.

No two sessions are the same!

💫 Reiki Healing & Tarot 🎴 bundle

1 hour Reiki + 1 hour Tarot/Oracle reading

£75

This can be as a two hour session starting with Reiki, followed by Tarot guidance. Or the other way around if preferred!

Experience the relaxing, grounding, balancing healing effects of Reiki with extra guidance on anything you would like to know with a situation in your life you are facing or future - anything in-between!

(includes Yes/No answers using a pendulum or dowsing rods)

🎴 Tarot/Oracle Reading & Guidance 🫶🏻

1hr-1.5hr In depth Reading using Tarot cards, oracle cards, any of feel called to use, word divination, pendulum for yes/no question and any additional messages from spirit (this sometimes includes mediumship)

This can be in person or over video call - £40

Mini read for specific questions or problem currently being faced - £25

- This option is only available remotely where I do the reading/ask the questions then create a PDF with cards and answers to send by email.
