My Story
Healing Hands Open Hearts was founded with the mission to help individuals find balance and healing through the practice of Reiki and other healing and guidance methods.
Hi, I'm Sarah! I am a Level 1 & 2 qualified Reiki Practitioner.
All my life I've had a deep inner feeling that I want to help people in anyway I can, and have always been a very understanding, patient, calming, empathetic person. My own experience of being a Reiki client, experiencing it's healing and benefits first hand, showed me that this is part of my life calling. I am so passionate about it as a powerful, complimentary holistic therapy.
Reiki has had such an incredibly transformative, positive impact on my life, and I want to share this gift with others - helping them find relaxation, balance and harmony in their own lives. I currently work out of my cosy, calming spare room within my house, with the hope to expand the business as it grows. My ultimate dream is to one day run a wellness centre with a variety of healing, wellness & beauty practitioners/coaches doing what we love and helping to heal peoples body, mind and spirit.
As we heal each-other, we heal our planet!
During my spiritual journey a year and a half ago I have come to learn of and develop my spiritual gifts which I feel makes for an even more powerful healing session with me! I am highly intuitive and have a variety of Clair senses I'm growing stronger in everyday.. including Clairaudience, Clairvoyance, Claircognizance, Clairintellect, Clairsentience and Clairempathy! All adds to the fun of Reiki and Tarot Readings - I never know what may come through, It's only ever positive and good :)
I now offer Tarot/Oracle card readings for extra support and guidance!

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes balance and relaxation. It is based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living things and that this energy can be harnessed to promote healing and well-being. It is administered by an attuned practitioner by gentle touch or hands hovering, allowing energy to transfer from healer to healee through the hands.

Hello! I'm Sarah. I'm a mum of two children - Daisy 9 & Dylan 5.
I've been doing Reiki since 2023 and am so passionate about this healing modality and the benefits it brings to someone's body, mind and soul. I have faced alot of hardships in my life, but it's all been for the reason I do what I do, and where my passion to help others comes from! I truly hope I get to help you on this journey!

I offer a safe, calm, comforting, non-judgemental space, where you can unwind and relax for an hour. The room is made darker, with a glowing light, gentle healing music will play and you will feel deeply relaxed by this completely safe, natural, non invasive practice. Reiki can help with pain relief, anxiety & stress and the energy is always intended for your highest and best good.
