My Story
Healing Hands Open Hearts was founded with the mission to help individuals find balance and healing through the practice of Reiki and other intuitive healing and guidance methods.
Welcome, I’m Sarah!
I’m a certified Reiki attuned Practitioner (Levels 1 & 2) with a traceable lineage back to the founder himself! I am deeply passionate about helping others heal and grow through this beautiful, holistic therapy and guidance.
From a young age, I’ve always felt called to support others—naturally empathic, calm, and non judgemental understanding. I’ve been drawn to healing in all its forms. My own journey with Reiki began as a client, where I experienced first-hand its powerful, transformative effects. That experience awakened something in me—it became clear that Reiki was part of my life’s purpose.
Reiki has helped me navigate intense grief, trauma, anxiety, and panic disorder—challenges I’ve carried since childhood. Through Reiki, along with other life-changing lifestyle changes such as meditation, I’ve found peace, balance, and the ability to move beyond the “fight or flight” state. It’s my mission now to guide others on their own path to wellness and inner calm.
I currently offer sessions from a peaceful, cosy room in my home, designed to be a safe and soothing space for your healing journey. As my practice grows, I dream of creating a full wellness centre—home to a beautiful community of holistic practitioners, all united in helping others heal body, mind, and spirit.
Over the past year and a half, I’ve also been expanding my spiritual gifts, which naturally enhance each session. I work intuitively, drawing on a range of growing Clair senses — Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, Clairsentience, Claircognizance, and more recently - Light Language. These gifts often bring added depth and insight to my Reiki sessions and often I'm called to pull advice/oracle/Tarot cards at the end of sessions, creating a truly personalized experience. I never know exactly what will come through, but it’s always positive, loving, and exactly what’s needed.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes balance and relaxation. It is based on the idea that a universal life force energy flows through all living things and that this energy can be harnessed to promote healing and well-being. It is administered by an attuned practitioner by gentle touch or hands hovering, allowing energy to transfer from healer to healee through the hands.

Hello! I'm Sarah. I'm a mum of two children - Daisy 9 & Dylan 5.
I've been doing Reiki since 2023 and am so passionate about this healing modality and the benefits it brings to someone's body, mind and soul. I have faced alot of hardships in my life, but it's all been for the reason I do what I do, and where my passion to help others comes from! I truly hope I get to help you on this journey!

I offer a safe, calm, comforting, non-judgemental space, where you can unwind and relax for an hour. The room is made darker, with a glowing light, gentle healing music will play and you will feel deeply relaxed by this completely safe, natural, non invasive practice. Reiki can help with pain relief, anxiety & stress and the energy is always intended for your highest and best good.
